The TCM International Institute is accepting applications for the position of European vice president. This position reports to the president and serves as a member of the president’s cabinet. TCMII is located at Haus Edelweiss in Heiligenkreuz, Austria, just south of Vienna. There are 750 students enrolled in the certificate, MA, and MDiv programs who take courses in Austria or at one of the 10 teaching locations throughout Europe. The European vice president oversees international development in conjunction with the Indianapolis, IN, office. Responsibilities include fund-raising in Europe and working directly with donors, faculty, students, guests, and short-term workers. This person also plans, develops, organizes, implements, directs, and evaluates the European fiscal, physical plant, and human resource operations. Successful candidates should have master’s degree (or higher) with significant experience and accomplishments in development, administrative, facilities, and fiscal affairs. Requirements include: demonstrated success as a visionary leader; a record of progressive advancement; a strong commitment to supporting learning, discovery, and engagement in higher education; familiarity with administrative technology; and excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills. A new Bible college opening in Port au Prince, Haiti, in January requires a college-level English as a Second Language teacher for its French- and Creole- speaking population. Duties will involve producing a course curriculum and proficiency examinations, as well as teaching and coaching students. Room and board will be provided on a subsistence basis, but the successful applicant will need to raise his own support.
