Reading these demands as a young future pastor , i feel compassionated about it and asking myself so many questions. Why here in Nairobi Kenya we are so many preachers who have ended their studies but to other places pastors still miss? I am praying with these churches to find pastors. I feel to give myself to work with one of these churches but my big question is , are there willing to take a international young pastor from a theological school?
