Mark Scott will be keynote speaker at Boise Bible College’s Spring Conference May 11-12. Scott served as professor of preaching and New Testament for three decades at Ozark Christian College and now is lead minister with Park Plaza Christian Church in Joplin, Mo. He also writes Christian Standard’s weekly Lookout Bible lesson. The conference theme is “Be Obvious.” The event will also feature numerous workshops. Registration cost is $25. Northwest Christian Network has planned a women’s retreat for April 14-15. “Whatever You Do” (Colossians 3:17) is the theme. The cost is $60 for adults, $30 for college students. The event takes place at the Oregon Christian Convention in Turner, Ore. Learn more here.
