Cambridge City Christian Church is seeking a full-time Lead Pastor who is a passionate, servant-oriented preacher and visionary leader. The Lead Pastor will serve alongside the eldership to equip the body of Christ for ministry and mission, with a primary focus on preaching and teaching the Word of God, building meaningful relationships within the congregation, and fostering healthy church growth.
Cambridge City Christian Church has served the Western Wayne County area since 1841 and describes its mission as โLoving God, Loving Others, More & More.โ The church gathers for worship each Sunday morning in person and online and maintains ministries for adults, students, children, worship, missions, and service.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Preaching and teaching the Word of God faithfully and clearly.
- Serving alongside the eldership in spiritual leadership.
- Equipping the congregation for ministry and mission.
- Building meaningful relationships within the church body.
- Encouraging healthy church growth.
- Providing visionary, servant-oriented pastoral leadership.
- Helping guide the church in alignment with its mission and ministry priorities.
