Christ’s Church of Flagstaff is seeking a full-time Student Pastor to provide spiritual leadership and oversight for its middle school and high school ministries. Located in Flagstaff, Arizona, the church is committed to helping people follow Jesus and prioritizing the next generation. The Student Pastor will help students take ownership of their faith, discover their calling, embrace the Great Commission, and engage in local and global missions.

- Providing overall spiritual leadership and vision for middle school and high school ministries.
- Preparing or overseeing biblically sound, engaging, and age-appropriate teaching.
- Creating discipleship pathways that help students know God and mature in their faith.
- Building meaningful relationships with students and families through communication, pastoral care, and presence at church, school, and ministry events.
- Planning and executing student services, programs, calendars, schedules, budgets, and annual goals.
- Expanding ministry programming as needed to increase its impact.
- Recruiting, screening, onboarding, training, coaching, and retaining volunteer leaders.
- Developing a healthy volunteer culture marked by encouragement, appreciation, and continued growth.
Expectations and qualifications include:
- A demonstrated calling to student ministry and a commitment to biblical truth.
- The ability to cast vision, set direction, and motivate others toward God-honoring goals.
- A shepherd’s heart and a desire to spend meaningful time with students and young adults.
- The ability to communicate Scripture in practical and relevant ways.
- Strong organizational, relational, leadership, and team-development skills.
Compensation is expected to range from $40,000 to $90,000 and will be discussed early in the process. Candidates should email a résumé to au****@**of.church and send a brief introductory video to Senior Pastor Chris Reed at (602) 791-2210 or ch****@**of.church.
