Mulberry International is planning an “American-style” summer camp experience for 29 children who were evacuated from Mariupol, Ukraine, about a year ago and resettled in a German village. The children at Good Samaritan Children’s Home, along with 19 adults who have been caring for them, are slowly adapting to their new lives, reports Mulberry, which has been ministering to the less fortunate in Ukraine since the 1990s. The idea is to provide a fun experience for children who are continuing to adapt to a new language, culture, and routine, while providing rest and relief for the adults who have been caring for them around the clock. Donations are being accepted.
