Men’s Campus Minister – University of Northern Iowa

Campus Christian Fellowship (CCF) is seeking a full-time Men’s Campus Minister to serve students at the University of Northern Iowa in Cedar Falls, Iowa. CCF is a campus ministry committed to engaging students where they are, equipping them to follow Christ, and preparing them to impact others through Him. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for college students, personal discipleship, and developing students who make disciples themselves.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Discipling students through individual relationships and small groups, helping them grow closer to God and become disciple-makers.
• Organizing and leading weekly CCF gatherings at the University of Northern Iowa, along with Bible studies and other discipleship groups as needed.
• Planning and carrying out outreach and community-building events on campus.
• Assisting with retreats and camps throughout the year.
• Visiting local churches to strengthen donor relationships and connect with prospective students.
• Collaborating with CCF campus ministers at the University of Iowa and Iowa State University and assisting the director with statewide ministry initiatives as requested.

Expectations and qualifications include:

• A strong passion for discipleship, especially among college students.
• The ability to work independently and efficiently from home, on campus, or in an office setting.
• Comfort with a flexible ministry schedule shaped by student needs and the university calendar.
• A bachelor’s degree is required.
• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in ministry or theology is preferred, though equivalent ministry experience may be considered.
• Five to ten years of ministry experience is preferred but not required.
