SonSet Solutions is a Christian technology ministry that provides technology-based solutions to advance the Gospel worldwide. The organization comes alongside Christian ministries that need technical help but may not have engineers, IT specialists, troubleshooting technicians, media specialists, or equipment designers available on their own teams.
The ministry is based in Elkhart, Indiana, and serves partner ministries in dozens of countries around the world. SonSet Solutions supports well over 100 ministry organizations each year, helping them use practical technology to communicate the Gospel, strengthen ministry operations, and reach people in remote or difficult-to-access locations.
SonSet Solutions traces its history to the HCJB World Radio Engineering Center, established in Elkhart in 1986. That engineering work grew out of earlier shortwave radio efforts connected to HCJB World Radio and later expanded into community radio, fixed-tuned solar radio receivers, remote monitoring systems, solar ministry tools, power protection, media, and other technology services. In January 2015, the HCJB Global Technology Center began operating independently as SonSet Solutions.
The organization’s solutions include SonSetLink® remote monitoring systems, radio broadcast support, SonSet® solar-powered radios, solar ministry tools, power protection, and technical assistance. SonSetLink monitors help water ministries track clean-water systems remotely through internet-accessible data. Radio broadcast services include consultation, equipment, installation, training, and ongoing technical support for Christian radio partners. SonSet® radios are fixed-tuned, solar-powered receivers used by partner ministries in places where electricity and media access may be limited.
SonSet Solutions also helps ministries with broader technical needs. Its Solar Ministry Toolkit provides rugged devices for lighting, charging USB devices, and sharing media in remote areas. Its power protection solutions help protect sensitive equipment from damaging electrical fluctuations common in many developing regions. The ministry also offers technical assistance when partners face problems that can be solved through engineering, communications, electronics, software, or practical design.
People can engage with SonSet Solutions by giving, praying, serving, applying for internships, joining short-term discovery opportunities, exploring service roles, subscribing to updates, or contacting the ministry about a technical challenge. Its distinct contribution is using engineering, media, radio, solar power, remote monitoring, and practical technology to help global ministry partners overcome barriers to Gospel communication and community service.

Gospel Broadcasting Mission, also known as GBM, is a Christian broadcasting ministry based in Onalaska, Wisconsin. The organization is dedicated to sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ with as many people as possible through radio and the Internet. Its public theme is “Until all have heard,” with a focus on broadcasting biblical content to people in spiritually dark, remote, and hard-to-reach areas.
The organization’s core focus is creating, producing, translating, and broadcasting Christ-centered biblical content for unreached and least-reached people. Gospel Broadcasting Mission states that its mission is to introduce Christ to those who have never heard his name, offering salvation through him and bringing glory to God. The ministry also emphasizes hope, love, transformation, truth, and light through gospel-centered broadcasts.
Gospel Broadcasting Mission serves globally, with special emphasis on Southeast Asia, Central Asia, and other unreached regions. It also serves listeners across the United States through The Christians Hour, its stateside broadcast ministry. GBM states that its content is broadcast globally each day in 11 languages through shortwave, AM, and FM radio, while The Christians Hour airs on affiliates around the country and streams online.
The ministry operates through multiple broadcasting channels, including radio, digital streaming, podcasting, program downloads, and archived messages. Its broadcasts include The Christians Hour, which produces 15-minute and 30-minute gospel-centered programs. GBM also distributes radios in least-reached regions so people can access broadcasts where other forms of communication may be limited or unavailable.
A distinctive part of Gospel Broadcasting Mission’s work is using radio and digital media to cross borders, barriers, and boundaries for gospel access. The ministry traces its history to 1952 and continues to focus on remote places where people may have little or no access to the message of Jesus. Its Vision 2026 initiative seeks to broadcast the gospel to five new unreached people groups through radio and to establish teams that can produce broadcasts and connect with listeners.
People can engage with Gospel Broadcasting Mission by praying, giving online, donating by mail, receiving ministry updates, listening to The Christians Hour, sharing programs, or supporting Vision 2026. The ministry also accepts vehicle donations and planned gifts. Churches and individuals can use GBM’s broadcast links, program archive, streaming platforms, and newsletter to stay connected with its gospel broadcasting work.
