SeedPlayer is a Christian nonprofit project of Resources for the Blind International that makes simple, low-cost solar mp3 players for abundant sowing of Gospel seed. The ministry partners with other organizations to reduce the cost of audio Bibles and Gospel content so Scripture and discipleship resources can reach people who may not have regular access to printed materials, digital devices, reliable electricity, or literacy-based learning.
The project is connected with Knoxville, Tennessee, and operates through a geographically dispersed, all-volunteer team. SeedPlayers have been used in Cameroon, Costa Rica, Côte d’Ivoire, Cuba, East Africa, East Asia, Ethiopia, former Soviet republics, Ghana, Guatemala, Indonesia, Kenya, Mexico, Mozambique, Nepal, Nigeria, North Africa, Panama, the Philippines, Poland, Russia, South Asia, South Sudan, Tanzania, Uganda, Ukraine, the United States, Vietnam, and Zambia.
SeedPlayer’s ministry model is built around collaboration. The organization does not sell players for personal use. Instead, it works with like-minded people, churches, and ministries to source, assemble, format, and load players for specific outreach projects. Its parent organization maintains oversight of gifts, and the all-volunteer structure helps keep costs low for Gospel distribution projects.
The SeedPlayer device functions like a small audio “bookcase” with shelves for ministry-specific content such as Old Testament, New Testament, evangelistic materials, Gospel music, teaching, testimonies, and other mp3 resources. It includes an internal speaker, optional earbuds, solar and USB charging, an 8GB microSD card, and four-level navigation for shelf, book, chapter, and page movement. These features are designed for private listening, small groups, and field settings where printed materials or internet access may not be practical.
SeedPlayer also helps ministry partners use audio content from multiple Bible and Gospel resource providers. Publicly listed content sources include BibleProject, Davar Partners, Digital Bible Library, Faith Comes By Hearing, Global Recordings Network, Inspirational Films, Institute for Bible Translation, Jesus Film Project, Oral Bibles, Songs for Saplings, and Word of God Speak Ministries. The organization notes that these sources allow SeedPlayers to carry Gospel audio content in many languages.
People can engage with SeedPlayer by praying, giving, requesting the newsletter, contacting the team about a collaborative project, helping with expertise or resources, and supporting projects for groups such as blind disciple-makers, soldiers, hospitalized people, international students, refugees, and language communities receiving newly dedicated Scripture. Its distinct contribution is low-cost, solar-powered Gospel audio distribution designed for broad, flexible use among people who need Scripture and Gospel resources in accessible audio form.

Rescued Not Arrested is a 501(c)(3) Christian nonprofit prison ministry that exists to reach incarcerated people and their loved ones with the Gospel of Jesus Christ and the Great Commission. The ministry serves youth and adults in jails, prisons, correctional facilities, and re-entry settings through Bible distribution, evangelistic outreach, testimony, chaplain support, and volunteer service.
The organization is based in Phoenix, Arizona, and serves incarcerated people and families across Arizona, the United States, and international ministry locations. Its public materials describe work with county jail facilities, the Arizona State Juvenile Correctional Department, chaplains nationwide, and mission outreach connected to countries including Belize, China, Costa Rica, Kenya, Kerala India, Mexico, Nigeria, Panama, and Zimbabwe.
Rescued Not Arrested’s ministry began from the story of founder Roger Munchian, who developed a passion for outreach to people in jail and prison after his own experience of incarceration and spiritual transformation. The organization’s message emphasizes that people can be “rescued” through Christ rather than defined by arrest, conviction, or incarceration. Its work is aimed at both the incarcerated and the loved ones who carry fear, grief, and uncertainty outside prison walls.
A central part of the ministry is providing English and Spanish NIV Bibles and NIV Life Application Study Bibles to inmates and chaplains free of charge. Rescued Not Arrested states that it provides Bibles upon request from inmates and chaplains nationwide, with Life Application Study Bibles connected to completion of a nine-lesson correspondence Bible study through American Bible Academy. The ministry also provides Bibles to jail and juvenile correctional settings and has supplied chaplains with large quantities of Scripture resources.
Rescued Not Arrested also serves through re-entry support, facility outreach, baptisms, testimony sharing, volunteer service, and practical care. Its re-entry program is connected with Arizona 2nd Chance programs in state, federal, and county facilities, providing resources for inmates preparing for release. The ministry also notes that it provides prescription eyeglasses and eye exams for inmates needing vision screening.
People can engage with Rescued Not Arrested by donating, volunteering, supporting Bible distribution, serving through approved prison outreach opportunities, participating in ministry events, praying for incarcerated people and families, or contacting the ministry about chaplain requests and service opportunities. Its distinct contribution is a Gospel-centered prison ministry that combines Scripture distribution, correctional facility outreach, re-entry support, testimony, international missions, and practical care for incarcerated people and their loved ones.

David’s Well is a Christian mission organization serving indigenous and rural communities in Panama and neighboring parts of Central America. The ministry describes its purpose as taking the Gospel to native villages, making disciples, establishing congregations, and meeting physical needs through practical community development. Its tagline, “Living Water for the Healing of Nations,” reflects the organization’s combined emphasis on evangelism and service.
David’s Well was founded in Panama in 1987 by Juan Rodriguez from the Dominican Republic and Paul Daniel Crosley from the United States. The ministry’s main headquarters is connected with La Iglesia Cristiana in David, Panama, and its U.S. nonprofit support is connected with Noblesville, Indiana. Its work serves villages and communities across Panama and Costa Rica, especially coastal and mountain areas where churches, schools, health clinics, water systems, and other basic resources are needed.
The mission’s strategy is to address immediate needs while building relationships for long-term spiritual ministry. David’s Well states that villages often face urgent needs related to health, housing, water, and education. As those needs are addressed, ministry workers and volunteers introduce villagers to Jesus, plant seeds of faith, and support the growth of local congregations and leaders.
David’s Well’s ministry areas include fresh water systems, healthy homes, medical clinics, schools, small production centers, sustainable agriculture, church buildings, pastor training, and college student support. Projects have included aqueduct systems, windmills, deep wells, storage tanks, wood homes with metal roofs, school buildings where the Panamanian government provides teachers, medical clinics where volunteer teams offer free care, and agricultural training for rice production and other local needs.
Leadership development has been part of the mission from its early years. David’s Well states that its founders developed Bible Institutes to train Christian leaders, with more than 50 leaders sent to Central America and the Caribbean to preach the gospel, establish congregations, and make disciples. The ministry continues to work with pastors and leaders through Bible teaching, support, prayer, encouragement, and congregational development.
People can engage with David’s Well by praying, giving financially, joining a mission trip, supporting building and community projects, providing teaching or medical help, donating toward student support, or helping churches and teams serve in Panama. Mission teams commonly raise funds for both travel and project materials, and David’s Well uses local support staff to guide teams before and during service in Panama.

Christ For the City International (CFCI) is an international mission organization focused on urban ministry, local leadership, and holistic community transformation. Its mission is summarized in the phrase “Transforming Cities by Transforming Lives,” and the organization describes its work as partnering with local leaders to share the love of Jesus worldwide.
CFCI is based in Omaha, Nebraska, where its international office is located. Its ministry extends across Argentina, Bolivia, Colombia, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Mali, Nicaragua, Peru, Zimbabwe, the United States, and other locations. The organization reports workers across 16 countries and dozens of cities, with most staff serving as local or national missionaries in their own countries.
The ministry’s core focus is developing local ministry bases that address both spiritual and practical needs in cities. CFCI’s ministries include discipleship, youth outreach, medical care, education, community development, vocational training, children’s programs, feeding centers, gang ministry, health and dental clinics, and other locally shaped outreach efforts. Each ministry base is designed to understand the needs of its community and develop programs with local leaders, churches, educators, businesspeople, and partner ministries.
CFCI’s operating model emphasizes national leadership and long-term presence. The organization states that lasting transformation happens when people within a community are empowered to lead the work themselves. For that reason, most of its missionaries are nationals serving in their own countries, bringing cultural understanding and long-term commitment to local ministry.
The organization also provides mission opportunities for churches, groups, families, and individuals. CFCI offers short-term mission experiences, U.S.-based Urban Plunge trips, international Global Teams, Global Ambassadors extended trips, and long-term missions. Its mission trip process includes orientation, ministry projects, debriefing, and service alongside long-term national missionaries.
People can engage with Christ For the City International by praying, giving to the Transformation Fund, supporting a missionary or project, serving on a short-term or long-term mission team, connecting with a missions director, donating a vehicle, or following ministry updates through CFCI’s blog and social channels. Donations may be made online or mailed to the organization’s Omaha office.
