He also serves as Program Director for the Healthy Church Initiative with the Christian Church Leadership Network (CCLN). His ministry background includes previous leadership roles in Kentucky, Virginia, Mississippi, and Ohio.

Leaders pursuing advanced ministry training can earn an accredited master's degree through the Russell School of Ministry, a division of Central Bible University.
