The Radical Freedom Movement

The Radical Freedom Movement — Organization Profile

The Radical Freedom Movement is a Christian women’s ministry that provides Bible study material, teaching, writing, and public speaking for women’s events. The ministry’s stated purpose is to empower and equip women with the life-giving truth of God’s Word so they may break the chains of false teaching and embrace abundant freedom in Christ through absolute surrender to His Lordship.

The ministry serves Jesus-loving women seeking a more intimate walk with Christ through Bible-centered teaching and study resources. Its public materials emphasize women’s spiritual formation through Scripture, surrender, identity in Christ, and freedom from false teaching. The organization’s stated audience is women, including individuals, small groups, and women’s ministry settings that use Bible studies or invite teaching for events.

The Radical Freedom Movement operates primarily through written Bible study resources, online teaching content, blog posts, and speaking ministry. Its website presents the theme “Radical Freedom through Radical Surrender,” with goals that include calling women to abandon false teaching, cling to God’s Word alone, and return to total surrender to Christ’s Lordship. The ministry frames freedom not as self-direction, but as a result of yielding control to Christ and allowing Scripture to shape belief and practice.

A central resource connected with the ministry is Through the Savior’s Eyes, a Bible study series by Shawna Tinch. The first volume is described as a study designed to help readers discover the biblical truth of who they are in Christ, who God created them to become, and the meaning and purpose that gives to life. The ministry’s book page also lists Through the Savior’s Eyes Volume 2 as available through The Christian Restoration Association bookstore.

The ministry is led by Shawna Tinch, who is identified publicly as Founder and Executive Director. Her ministry background includes decades of writing and teaching women’s Bible studies, public speaking for women’s events, and coaching discipling relationships that encourage older women to teach younger women in the Lord. Her biography also notes study through Kentucky Christian University and Summit Theological Seminary, along with long-term connection to the Restoration Movement.

People can engage The Radical Freedom Movement by using its Bible study resources, reading its blog, subscribing to its mailing list, inviting Shawna Tinch for women’s public speaking events, contacting the ministry through its website, praying for the work, or supporting the ministry financially through its listed PayPal and Venmo giving options. Churches and women’s ministry leaders can also connect with the organization for teaching that focuses on Scripture, surrender, identity in Christ, and faithful discipleship.
