Broadway Christian Church

Broadway Christian Church is a Christian Church congregation in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Located at 910 Broadway, the church gathers for worship, prayer, Scripture, communion, fellowship, children’s ministry, Deaf ministry, outreach, and shared life in Christ.

Broadway Christian Church began in 1974 after founding pastor Bob Yawberg felt called to preach Christ in the city. The church continues to serve downtown Fort Wayne with a commitment to God’s Word, the gospel of Jesus Christ, and responsiveness to the Holy Spirit. Its Sunday worship includes songs and prayer, announcements, silent confession, preaching from Scripture, communion, testimonies, baptisms, and fellowship.

Sunday worship is held at 10:00am, with children’s ministry available for nursery through fifth grade and professional ASL interpreters provided during Sunday morning worship. Broadway’s outreach includes Inasmuch Ministry, a benevolence ministry serving Fort Wayne through food, clothing, bus passes, assistance with birth certificates, and financial assistance for rent and utilities.
