Burgin Christian Church began its ministry in 1830 after a decision to separate from the Baptist church and join the fellowship associated with Alexander Campbell and Barton Stone. The current building was constructed in 1895, and the church describes its goal as being a nurturing, faithful body of believers.
Sunday School is offered for all ages at 10:00am, followed by worship at 11:00am. The church’s ministries include Christian education, youth group for young people over age 10, Worship and Wonder for children under age 7, adult and children’s choirs, shepherding ministry, outreach, sermons, and calendar resources.
