Sample’s The Contrarian’s Guide to Leadership, considering how alternative approaches to leadership can benefit the church. The book challenges conventional leadership assumptions and highlights the potential of people whose personalities and ways of thinking do not fit traditional leadership models. Church leadership may benefit from questioning assumptions about what an effective leader looks like.
