A New Reason to Register

Why register for the North American Christian Convention?

Well, for all the same reasons you ought to attend the North American Christian Convention, July 6-9 in Indianapolis.

This year”s program promises encouragement, information, new experiences, and the chance to be challenged by nationally known church leaders. And the registration fees are a fraction of the costs you”d pay to attend other similar conferences.

Of course, you could say there”s nothing else quite like the NACC. Nowhere else will you find as many friends and influencers from other Christian churches and churches of Christ all together in one place.

At the NACC you will . . .

“¢ Worship with thousands of others committed to the ideal of being Christians only.

“¢ Listen to soul-stirring preaching from speakers who will challenge and help you.

“¢ Choose from dozens and dozens of workshops, each offering help on everything from world mission to improved family life. Workshops for preachers. Workshops for small group leaders. Workshops for women and seniors and worship leaders. Workshops about the Restoration Movement. Workshops about theology and apologetics. Help for finances and ideas about technology. The workshops alone are worth the price of admission.

We can”t begin to tell you about every feature you”ll enjoy at this year”s convention. You owe it to yourself to browse the convention”s Web site and learn more for yourself. Visit www.gotonacc.org, and while you”re there, be sure to follow two links.

“¢ Sign up for the convention”s free e-newsletter, Re: Connect, and get weekly updated news, interviews, and fun facts about the convention.

“¢ Click on the “Register Now” button and sign up to attend.

We believe in the convention so much, we”re offering a special gift to all NACC registrants.

This year, for the first time, everyone who registers for the NACC will receive a free gift subscription to CHRISTIAN STANDARD!

We”ll send CHRISTIAN STANDARD to you free for six months, starting this fall, when you register for this year”s convention. We”ve long said that two primary connecting points for members of our independent fellowship are the convention and this magazine. And so it only makes sense that these two ministries would work together to serve you and help you stay in touch with others in this movement.

This outstanding offer will allow us to serve thousands of new readers. It will help the convention minister to them long after the last song is sung and sermon is preached in Indianapolis.

And it adds yet another good answer to the question that began this editorial.
