The annual Spire Conference for church leaders will meet at Southeast Christian Church in Louisville, KY, from September 23-25, 2025. The theme for the 2025 conference is “Catch the Wind,” and speakers will include Kyle Idleman, Ashley Weece, Dave Ferguson, Terrance Turman, Aaron Brockett, Scott Nickell, Tyler McKenzie, Max Lucado, and more (see a listing of all the conference speakers here).

The Spire Network advertises itself as more than just a conference or a collection of resources, but a community of pastors and leaders leaning on each other throughout the entire year. Spire’s goal is to encourage and equip the ministry leaders who inspire a movement of healthy growing churches. Moreover, their annual conference is designed to be a place for ministry teams to learn, grow, and build momentum together.

Day one of the 2025 Spire Conference will begin with a continental breakfast and a series of Preconference sessions that require a separate registration and an additional fee. The Preconference sessions will be full-day workshops, 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., that provide a unique opportunity to delve deeper into specific topics, gain practical skills, and network with peers in a focused setting. Between 4:30 and 5:30 p.m., Spire will offer a series of Mixers. Spire Mixers are one-hour meetups designed to help break the ice, build community, get some free food, and connect leaders in your specific ministry areas. The initial day of the conference will end with the Day One Main Session from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. and an After Event from 8:00 to 10:00 p.m.

Spire’s second day of conference will kick-off with a reading of Scripture at 8:00 a.m. and a continental breakfast at 8:30 a.m., followed by the Day Two Main Session (9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.), which includes live worship and inspiring preaching. The second day will also feature two fifty-minute elective Breakout Sessions (1:00 to 3:00 p.m.) offered by some of today’s best speakers. Spire’s Breakout Sessions enable conference participants to connect with other ministry leaders around a host of topics that include Family Discipleship, NextGen Ministry Programming, Creative Arts and Technology, Ministry Innovation, and more.

The final day of the conference will include Scripture reading at 8:00 a.m., a continental breakfast at 8:30 a.m., and the Day Three Main Session from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

Along with the connections made through the events and activities of the Spire Conference, there will also be opportunities to engage with various other organizations, ministry partners, and groups that will be present as exhibitors at the conference. Moreover, Spire has arranged for a number of Extra activities, both before and during the conference, as additional opportunities to connect with other conference attendees.

Register to attend the 2025 Spire Conference on the Spire website’s registration site. The registration fee for 2025 conference attendees is $399 per person ($35 for college students). All church staff members, as well as volunteer congregational leaders, are encouraged to attend the 2025 conference, as are interested church members.
