Gospel Chariot Missions — Organization Profile

Gospel Chariot Missions (GCM) is a Christian missions organization focused on evangelism and disciple-making through a distinctive mobile approach. Based in Pretoria, South Africa, GCM describes its work as reaching people who are still seeking Christ while also supporting existing churches as they carry out local mission efforts. The ministry’s name comes from its purpose-built “gospel chariots”—trucks designed to function as a traveling preaching and teaching platform.

GCM’s stated mission is to “invade Africa and the world” with Gospel Chariots preaching the gospel of Jesus Christ and multiplying disciples and churches everywhere. The organization organizes its work by regions—Southern Africa, East Africa, and West Africa—and also publishes updates under “Beyond Africa,” reflecting a broader global emphasis in its reporting and training activity.

A defining feature of GCM is the construction and deployment of trucks that serve as a “church on wheels.” According to the organization, these vehicles can include sleeping quarters for evangelists, storage for literature and supplies, and a stage with a sound system for public preaching. GCM also notes the inclusion of a large tent and a baptistery to support teaching, gatherings, and immediate responses when people want to be baptized. This setup is designed for campaign-style outreach as well as follow-up visits as teams revisit areas on an ongoing schedule.

Alongside public evangelism, GCM emphasizes discipleship multiplication training using the “4 Fields” tools (presented through its partnership with Gospel Share Missions). The organization describes equipping believers and local leaders with reproducible methods for sharing the gospel and forming disciple-making groups. GCM also points people who want deeper study toward short-term schools and degree pathways through partner institutions, including Nations University, and it highlights relationships with World Bible School as part of its broader resourcing strategy.

Gospel Chariot Missions invites churches and individuals to engage through prayer, financial support, and staying connected through its updates and reports. For supporters, the organization provides online giving options and a planned giving pathway. For partners and interested learners, its website centralizes mission information, training tools connections, and ongoing regional reports that show where teams are serving and what training initiatives are underway.
