Deadline Extended for Completing Our Annual Church Survey

by | 24 January, 2023 | 0 comments

In our quest to collect comprehensive data that accurately reflects our movement, Christian Standard has extended until Feb. 1 the deadline for completing our annual church survey.

This survey is designed for every Restoration Movement church (Independent Christian Churches and Churches of Christ), no matter their size. All churches that participated last year were sent an email with the survey link. All other churches are invited to contribute their information, as well.

Editor Michael Mack notes there are several changes in our survey this year. “For one thing,” he said, “we have made it much shorter and easier for you to respond.”

Each year, researcher/writer Kent Fillinger collects the data and uses the information for articles that appear not only in our May/June issue, but in his Metrics columns for months following. Additionally, survey insights are considered as editors develop issues and assign news stories over the next year.

But we need information from as many churches as possible. Please help us in this endeavor so we can reciprocate by providing church leaders with valuable information throughout the year!
