Standard Publishing honors 2007 Christian education award recipients
Fourteen students from Christian colleges across the United States and Canada were named recipients of the 2007 Standard Publishing Award for Outstanding Promise in Christian Education. The award recognizes academic excellence, Christian character, and demonstrated promise for ministry in Christian education.

Fourteen students representing Christian colleges throughout the United States and Canada have been named recipients of the 2007 Standard Publishing Award for Outstanding Promise in Christian Education.
Standard Publishing, one of the nation’s leaders in providing Bible curriculum and other Christian resources for the church and family–and parent company of CHRISTIAN STANDARD–established the award to recognize and encourage the next generation of Christian leaders and teachers.
Winners are chosen by their schools on criteria that include academic excellence in Christian education, Christian character, passion for education in the church, and proven aptitude in this area of ministry.
Representing states from Florida to Oregon as well as the province of Ontario, recipients of the 2007 awards will be serving in or pursuing a variety of ministry positions including children’s ministry, youth ministry, teaching, and missions.
Winning students were honored with a gift of over $400 in Christian Education resource products for use in their professional life and an award certificate. In addition, their name is engraved on a permanent plaque at their college or seminary.
