Part-Time Minister

Mooreland South Christian Church in Mooreland, Indiana, is seeking a part-time minister following the retirement of its long-serving pastor. This position offers an opportunity to serve a local Independent Christian Church through weekly preaching, biblical teaching, congregational care, and community outreach.

The minister will have a visible role in the spiritual life of the congregation, with responsibilities centered on proclaiming Scripture, teaching adults, building relationships, and helping the church connect with people in the surrounding community.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Preaching during one Sunday morning worship service each week.
• Teaching an adult Sunday School class.
• Participating in and encouraging outreach efforts within the church and community.
• Providing visitation and pastoral care to members and others connected with the congregation.
