Scarlet Hope is seeking a Vice President to help steward and advance its Gospel-centered mission of reaching women in the adult entertainment industry and those exploited through trafficking with the hope of Jesus Christ. Based in Louisville, Kentucky, this executive leader will focus on organizational operations and staff leadership, helping ensure that Scarlet Hope’s mission is supported by healthy systems, strong teams, and sustainable practices. The organization describes this as a pivotal season, with a proven outreach model already in place, national expansion underway, and continued growth in digital and global reach. The Vice President will play a key role in strengthening the organization’s foundation so that its mission can scale with integrity and long-term health.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Focusing on organizational operations and staff leadership across the ministry.
- Supporting Scarlet Hope’s vision through healthy systems, strong teams, and sustainable practices.
- Working closely with the President and board to help translate strategic priorities into operational reality.
- Serving as a unifying leader across departments to bring clarity, alignment, and execution.

- Helping foster a staff culture marked by urgency, excellence, and deep alignment with Scarlet Hope’s mission.
