Lenna’s Ladybugs LLC — Organization Profile
Lenna’s Ladybugs LLC is a Christian 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Canton, Ohio, with public nonprofit listings also identifying the organization in North Canton, Ohio. The ministry is dedicated to clothing children around the world and uses the phrase “Clothing God’s Kids Around the World” to describe its work.
The organization’s core focus is making and sending clothing packages for children through Christian missions and ministry partners around the world. Lenna’s Ladybugs began in October 2012 after the death of Lenna Moser, who had developed a heart for children in Haiti during a previous visit. In her memory, a small group Bible study began making T-shirt dresses for girls in Haiti, and the ministry later expanded to boys’ clothing packages and other supplies.
Lenna’s Ladybugs serves children globally through mission partners, with public materials identifying work in Haiti, Honduras, Zimbabwe, South Sudan, Uganda, Ethiopia, Kenya, Mexico, the Philippines, Burkina Faso, the Dominican Republic, and Ukraine. As of November 2024, the organization reported sending more than 30,687 total packages through more than 29 mission partners in 22 countries, with help from more than 800 volunteers.
The ministry operates through volunteers, sewing groups, donations, and mission partnerships. Girls’ packages have included T-shirt dresses, headbands, barrettes, underwear, head scarves, and purses crocheted from recycled grocery bags for older girls. Boys’ packages began in 2013 and include new shorts or pants, shirts, underwear, and sometimes a toy car when available. Each Ladybug dress includes a small ladybug button sewn onto the left shoulder.
A distinctive part of Lenna’s Ladybugs is mobilizing local volunteers, sewing circles, churches, and monthly sponsors to create practical clothing packages that mission partners can distribute directly to children. The ministry also has a Florida chapter, sewing groups in several states, and an interactive Vacation Bible School program that churches can use to introduce children to the work of helping others.
People can engage with Lenna’s Ladybugs by donating supplies, giving financially, becoming a monthly sponsor, starting a sewing circle, volunteering at work days, helping package clothing, or contacting the ministry. The organization lists ongoing needs such as new girls’ and boys’ T-shirts, boys’ shorts and pants, fabric, buttons, thread, yarn, underwear, barrettes, headbands, gallon-size zip bags, and monetary support.

Life In Abundance — Organization Profile
Life In Abundance, also known as LIA or Life In Abundance International, is an African-founded, African-led, faith-based community development organization with headquarters in Nairobi, Kenya and a U.S. support office in Louisville, Kentucky. The organization works to defeat poverty and restore dignity by empowering local churches to serve poor and vulnerable people in their own communities.
The organization’s core focus is mobilizing local churches to restore health, renew hope, and inspire lasting transformation for vulnerable children, families, and communities. LIA’s work is rooted in wholistic sustainable development, addressing spiritual, physical, social, economic, educational, and health needs through community ownership and local church leadership.
Life In Abundance serves in 14 countries throughout Africa and the Caribbean, including Egypt, Sudan, Eritrea, South Sudan, Ethiopia, Djibouti, Uganda, Kenya, Somalia, DR Congo, Rwanda, Burundi, Jamaica, and Haiti. Its work is carried out through partnerships with local churches and civic leaders, and the organization states that it serves people regardless of religion, race, ethnicity, or gender.
The organization operates through a transformational development model that begins with established local churches. LIA trains and equips local pastors and leaders, helps communities identify their most significant needs, and supports locally owned solutions. Its program areas include economic empowerment, social engagement, education, and community health. Examples include micro-enterprise training, micro-loans, community savings groups, agricultural development, orphan and vulnerable children care, early childhood development, primary health care, health education, HIV/AIDS testing and counseling, and famine relief.
A distinctive part of Life In Abundance’s approach is building sustainable transformation through the local church rather than creating outside dependency. Its five-stage development process is described as Enter, Empower, Establish, Expand, and Entrust. After a period of training, support, and program development, LIA seeks to entrust ongoing ownership to the local church and community leaders so transformation can continue after the organization phases out.
People can engage with Life In Abundance by giving, becoming a prayer partner, partnering through a church, participating in short-term church teams or vision trips, attending Global Institute events, using LIA resources, or following ministry updates. Supporters can also give one-time or recurring gifts, receive prayer updates, read annual reports, and connect with the organization’s U.S., U.K., or Kenya offices.

The organization is based in Westerville, Ohio, and works through local churches and community leaders across Latin America and the Caribbean, including ministry partnerships connected to Ecuador, Guatemala, Haiti, Honduras, and Peru. Lifeline Christian Mission — Organization Profile
Lifeline Christian Mission is a Christian missions organization that has partnered with local leaders since 1980 to develop holistic solutions for vulnerable communities. The organization is based in Westerville, Ohio, and works through local churches and community leaders across Latin America and the Caribbean, including ministry partnerships connected to Ecuador, Guatemala, Haiti, Honduras, and Peru.
Lifeline’s approach centers on the conviction that sustainable change comes from within a community. Rather than importing one-size-fits-all programs, Lifeline describes walking alongside “godly, visionary people” already embedded in their neighborhoods and villages, helping them identify needs, strengthen local capacity, and pursue long-term, locally led solutions.
On its website, Lifeline explains that it aims to “transform tomorrows” through four key areas of focus: Churches, Youth, Health & Nutrition, and Economic Empowerment. These focus areas show up in practical, on-the-ground initiatives such as regional Bible institutes and leadership development for church leaders; schools, vocational training, and children’s ministries for youth; brick-and-mortar and mobile clinics plus health education for families with limited access to care; and business training and microloan support to help households move toward stability.
Economic Empowerment is often implemented through business training based on biblical principles, paired with microloans and mentoring connected to the local church. Lifeline describes coaching and accountability as part of helping small business owners establish or expand income-producing work, with the goal of strengthening families and reducing dependency.
Lifeline also creates hands-on on-ramps for churches, groups, and individuals to serve. Mission trips are designed to connect teams with real people and ongoing local strategies—Lifeline highlights a trip example in Honduras that emphasized building relationships with local families and supporting a small income-generating project rather than focusing only on construction tasks. In the United States and Canada, Lifeline operates regional centres that mobilize volunteers through experiences like meal packing and other customized service opportunities.
Supporters can engage by volunteering, going on a trip, partnering through child-focused and community initiatives, and giving toward projects that align with Lifeline’s focus areas (including hunger relief, education, leadership development, health access, and job training). Lifeline also invites people to participate through recurring generosity communities and other giving pathways that help sustain long-term partnerships with local leaders.

Literature and Teaching Ministries — Organization Profile
Literature and Teaching Ministries, also known as LATM, is a Christian publishing ministry based in Joplin, Missouri. The organization helps Christian leaders worldwide publish Bible-based, culturally relevant books in their own languages so people can find, follow, and serve Jesus. Its public theme is “Christian Books. World’s Languages.”
The organization’s core focus is partnering with church leaders around the world to publish Christian books in local languages for discipleship, evangelism, theology, apologetics, and church leadership. LATM states that billions of people do not have access to Christian books in their language and that people learn and retain information better in their own language. The ministry works to meet that need by helping leaders produce resources that fit their own language and ministry context.
LATM serves from Joplin, Missouri, with publishing partnerships reaching Christian leaders and churches worldwide. Its work includes projects in many world languages, with the ministry reporting more than 1,700 completed projects, 3 million books printed, and 102 languages represented. Its bookstore includes resources in languages such as Arabic, Chinese, Haitian Creole, Hindi, Kurdish, Lisu, Malayalam, Russian, Somali, Spanish, Tamil, Ukrainian, Urdu, and many others.
The organization operates through a project-based publishing model. A church leader outside the United States contacts LATM with a book project that can help advance kingdom work in that leader’s language. LATM then partners with donors to raise needed funds, while the project is written or translated, edited, designed, and printed in the country where it is needed. The result is that people receive books in their language that help them study Scripture, grow as disciples, and serve their churches.
A distinctive part of Literature and Teaching Ministries’ work is funding and supporting in-country Christian publishing rather than simply exporting English-language resources. The organization’s history grew from College Press Publishing Company and Don DeWelt’s vision to provide true-to-the-Scriptures Bible study textbooks, then expand that concern to missionaries and national church leaders who needed quality Christian books in other languages. LATM was formally established in 1992 to pursue that purpose.
People can engage with LATM by donating, joining the Book Club, praying for projects, subscribing to updates, purchasing books, or connecting church leaders with the ministry. The Book Club highlights a new book project each month and has helped fund more than 500 book projects since 1994. Supporters can also give toward current publishing projects, receive World News updates, follow LATM online, and help make Bible-based resources available to churches in the world’s languages.

Living Water Christian Mission serves Gonaives, Haiti, and other Haitian communities including Marmelade, Bassin Bilé, and Morne Blanc. The ministry began in 2003 with a growing church and a small school of 17 students. In 2009, it expanded to a church and school in Bassin Bilé near Marmelade, and in 2012 it planted a church in Morne Blanc in northern Gonaives.

People can engage with Living Water Christian Mission by praying, giving, sponsoring a student, donating through the giving catalog, supporting Rice and Beans for Kids, subscribing to the newsletter, or participating in short-term mission trips. Visiting teams may help with construction, medical clinic service, teaching, preaching, or other work around mission properties, with group leaders asked to apply in advance so visits can be scheduled and hosted well.

The ministry exists to ensure that every person, regardless of circumstances or location, has access to the Bible in their own heart language. Its work centers on providing solar-powered audio and video Bibles so people can hear and engage with Scripture where printed Bibles, literacy, sight, electricity, or internet access may be barriers.
The organization’s core focus is sharing God’s Word through durable, easy-to-use solar-powered audio and video Bibles for people who are blind, visually impaired, illiterate, orally based, unreached, persecuted, or living in remote communities. MegaVoice International states that many people cannot read printed Bibles because of literacy, language, disability, or access limitations, and its mission is to help remove those barriers.
MegaVoice International serves globally from Jacksonville, Florida, distributing audio Bibles to remote villages, persecuted believers, and people in need across Africa, Asia, Latin America, and beyond. Its work is carried out through partners such as local churches, indigenous pastors, mission agencies, Bible societies, translators, and other ministries that place Scripture devices directly into communities.
The ministry operates through audio Bible distribution, donor-funded campaigns, Scripture-access partnerships, and support for ministries requesting audio or video Bibles. Its campaign areas include Bible a Month Club, Blind, Children, Closed Country, Mission Trips, Unreached People Groups, and people-group-focused campaigns such as Pashtun, Persian, Shaikh, Turk, and Yadav. MegaVoice International also points people to request Bible devices and connect with the team about ministry projects.

The larger MegaVoice family of resources includes durable devices and a media cloud with Scripture and faith-based audio content in thousands of languages and dialects. The ministry traces its roots to the development of the world’s first solar-powered audio Bible, which grew from the vision of Tom Treseder, Ken Crowell, and J. Rudolf Geigy.
People can engage with MegaVoice International by donating, joining a recurring giving campaign, requesting audio or video Bibles for ministry use, praying, sharing updates, fundraising, volunteering, or following impact stories. The organization states that a $35 donation provides one solar-powered audio Bible, which may be shared by multiple people, and that donations help provide Scripture access for communities that may otherwise have no practical way to hear God’s Word.

Mekong Multiply, Inc. — Organization Profile
Mekong Multiply, Inc. is a Christian 501(c)(3) organization in Louisville, Kentucky, focused on multiplying disciples and churches in Southeast Asia. The organization exists to glorify Jesus by multiplying disciples and churches among unreached people groups in Southeast Asia and beyond. Its public theme is “Multiplying Disciples & Churches in Southeast Asia.”
The organization’s core focus is mobilizing national Christians as missionaries to unreached peoples in their own countries through reproducible disciple-making and church-planting approaches. Mekong Multiply’s stated passion is to see peoples who have never heard about Jesus receive the opportunity to become his passionate followers. Its ministry is shaped by a concern for unreached tribes and communities where people may have little or no access to the gospel.
Mekong Multiply serves Southeast Asia, with a regional focus on the eleven nations south of China and east of India. The organization identifies more than 700 unreached tribes in that region, with a combined population exceeding 330 million. Its public ministry areas include Laos, Myanmar, and Sumatra, Indonesia, along with the broader Southeast Asian region where Buddhism, Animism, Islam, and communist government contexts shape the mission field.
The ministry operates by recruiting, training, mobilizing, and coaching national missionaries. Mekong Multiply seeks to develop national missionary sending bases in Southeast Asian countries with significant numbers of unreached people groups. Its strategy emphasizes national missionaries who cross cultures within their own countries, engage unreached people groups, make disciples who reproduce, and help plant indigenous churches that can continue without dependence on outside workers.
A distinctive part of Mekong Multiply’s approach is supporting national missionary movements that plant reproducible churches among unreached people groups from within their own regional context. In Myanmar, the ministry works with experienced partners to recruit, train, and send national missionaries, including tentmaking preparation for self-sufficiency. In Laos, Launch Laos and The Final 58 focus on sending and sustaining national missionaries to reach remaining unengaged unreached people groups. In Sumatra, Shine Sumatra seeks to mobilize Indonesian national missionaries to reach unreached groups on the island.
People can engage with Mekong Multiply by giving, joining the newsletter, contacting the organization, exploring future mission opportunities, participating in prayer journeys, or taking the Get On Mission course. Get On Mission is a seven-session equipping course developed to help small groups, churches, and other participants engage the lost and unreached with the love and good news of Jesus. The ministry also invites people to consider full-time missionary service, short-term trips, and partnership in prayer and support.

The organization describes its mission as making God’s grace evident by creating programs that allow native evangelists to care for local people as equal partners. Its stated focus is help, hope, and love in conflict zones through practical mercy and local partnership.
The organization is publicly listed with a mailing address in Chatham, Virginia, and its ministry scope is international. Mercy Partners identifies service among victims of conflict in Darfur, Sudan, South Sudan, Ethiopia, Uganda, and Ukraine; church-growth efforts in Kenya and Indonesia; and resource connections with gospel opportunities in Romania, the Netherlands, the Dutch West Indies, and Iceland. Its work is framed around equal partnership rather than donor-driven mission activity.
Mercy Partners operates through a “bridging” approach that emphasizes accountability, dignity, and local leadership. The organization says it raises charitable donations to provide aid in conflict zones while enabling native evangelists to provide mercy in practical ways. These efforts reflect the organization’s stated commitment to practical aid that is paired with discipleship and community ownership.
Mercy Partners also develops discipleship and education efforts through Bridge Campus for Global Impact, a training initiative intended for disciples, aid workers, missionaries, and church leaders. Midwest Mission is a Christian humanitarian relief ministry based in Pawnee, Illinois, with an additional site in Jefferson, Iowa. The organization’s mission is bringing the hearts and hands of God’s people together to transform resources into humanitarian relief. Its public theme emphasizes sending tangible resources to those in need to make an intangible difference through hope and empowerment.
The organization’s core focus is transforming donated supplies, volunteer labor, and partner requests into practical humanitarian relief for people in crisis. Midwest Mission receives requests from trusted nonprofit partners, prepares supplies it already has, asks supporters for needed items, and relies on volunteers to process, revitalize, assemble, and pack resources for distribution. Those resources are then shipped through partners to people facing disaster, poverty, health challenges, educational barriers, or economic hardship.
Midwest Mission serves locally, nationally, and internationally from central Illinois and central Iowa, sending supplies “around the world and around the corner.” Its work is distributed through trusted nonprofit partners, including domestic and international agencies. The organization’s ministry areas include disaster relief, health, education, micro-business, kits, and sustainability, with supplies sent through both U.S. and global partnerships.
The ministry operates through donations, volunteer service, kit assembly, refurbished items, mission events, collection sites, and shipping partnerships. Volunteers assemble kits, refurbish bicycles and sewing machines, build student desks, sort supplies, process donations, and help prepare shipments. Midwest Mission also works with partners such as UMCOR and Food For The Poor to pre-position disaster relief supplies and respond to needs after storms and other crises.
A distinctive part of Midwest Mission’s work is combining hands-on Christian service with logistics, disaster readiness, and practical resources that empower recipients. Its disaster relief work includes Home Care Kits, Tornado Kits, UMCOR Cleaning Kits, UMCOR Hygiene Kits, Personal Dignity Kits, Student Kits, and fire equipment. Its education work includes student supplies and desks, while its micro-business work includes refurbished bicycles and sewing machines that can help people earn income and support families.
People can engage with Midwest Mission by volunteering at the Illinois or Iowa location, serving from home, hosting mission events, donating money or supplies, assembling kits, using patterns for handmade items, becoming an ambassador, joining the newsletter, or supporting current needs. Churches, families, groups, and individuals can participate through on-site mission experiences, weekend workshops, permanent collection sites, conference collections, and practical service that turns resources into humanitarian relief.

The organization equips and trains Christians to express the love of Jesus through service opportunities in the Indianapolis area. Its public mission is “Equip Christians to Serve Others,” and its vision is for local churches to be inspired to love their neighbors by serving in Indianapolis.
The organization’s core focus is training youth, adults, churches, interns, and ministry groups to serve others through local mission experiences that connect Christian faith with practical love for neighbors. Mission Indy grew out of service opportunities connected with Chapel Rock Christian Church in the late 1990s, when Ron and Marsha Greiner and other founding members sensed a call to help more churches experience mission service in the city.
Mission Indy serves Indianapolis, Indiana, especially the greater Indianapolis area, through partnerships with churches, ministries, agencies, and community organizations. Its model brings groups from rural, urban, and suburban churches into service opportunities where they can learn, serve, and return home better prepared to serve their own neighbors intentionally. The organization’s emphasis is not starting new ministries, but partnering with existing churches and ministries already serving in the city.
The ministry operates through summer programs, custom service opportunities, internships, prayer experiences, resources, and local partnerships. Mission Indy provides housing, food, showers, tools, materials, and site leadership so youth and adult groups can serve in the context of the city. Summer programming offers organized mission experiences for church groups, while custom opportunities can be designed for fall break, spring break, weekends, or other group schedules.

People can engage with Mission Indy by registering for summer programming, requesting custom opportunities, applying for internships, joining prayer efforts, donating, reading the newsletter, or contacting the staff directly. Missionary Flights International — Organization Profile
Missionary Flights International, also known as MFI, is a Christian aviation ministry based in Fort Pierce, Florida. The organization exists to spread the Good News of Jesus Christ in partnership with Bible-centered missions by providing reliable transportation and logistical services. MFI’s public theme is “Standing in the Gap,” drawn from Ezekiel 22:30, and reflects its role as a dependable link between missionaries and the communities they serve.
The organization’s core focus is using aviation to support nonprofit Christian evangelical missionaries, organizations, and churches so the gospel can be preached and lives can be changed. MFI provides passenger flights, cargo transportation, logistics, and mission support for affiliated missionaries and mission organizations. Its work helps missionaries travel closer to the communities they serve while moving supplies that are difficult to transport through ordinary channels.
Missionary Flights International serves from Fort Pierce, Florida, with regular aviation service for affiliated mission work in Haiti, the Dominican Republic, and the Bahamas. The organization also states that it flies wherever the Lord directs. MFI currently serves more than 600 affiliated missionary groups in the Caribbean and transports Christian workers and cargo for those mission partners.
The ministry began in the 1960s when Don Beldin flew a small single-engine airplane for Youth for Christ evangelism in the Bahamas. As needs grew, he began transporting missionaries and equipment, and Missionary Flights International was incorporated in 1964 to serve Bible-centered missions. After 42 years in West Palm Beach, MFI moved to Fort Pierce in 2006, where it now operates from two hangars.
A distinctive part of Missionary Flights International’s work is combining missionary air transportation with practical cargo logistics for gospel-centered work in the Caribbean. Its aircraft have transported items ranging from the Word of God to construction materials and livestock, depending on mission needs. MFI reports that about 300 tons of cargo and 4,000 Christian workers are transported each year, supporting churches, schools, clinics, relief work, and mission outreach.
People can engage with Missionary Flights International by giving, volunteering, applying for jobs or aviation internships, scheduling a tour, attending events, requesting a visit from an MFI representative, or supporting specific staff members and aircraft needs. Missionaries and teams who want to fly with MFI must be connected with an affiliated mission, and MFI states that its affiliation is for missions actively involved in sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ.

MMS Aviation — Organization Profile
MMS Aviation is a Christian aviation ministry based in Coshocton, Ohio. The organization serves missionary aviation by training apprentice mechanics and pilots and maintaining missionary aircraft. Its public purpose is “preparing people and planes for worldwide missionary service,” connecting technical aviation skills with the needs of missionaries serving in difficult-to-reach places.
The organization’s core focus is preparing people and airplanes for worldwide missionary service through hands-on aviation maintenance training, pilot preparation, and mission aircraft repair. MMS Aviation states that missionaries rely on aircraft for food, supplies, transportation, and access to remote ministry locations. The ministry responds to that need by developing skilled mechanics and returning mission aircraft to safe and effective service.
MMS Aviation serves from Coshocton, Ohio, while supporting missionary aviation programs around the world. Its work benefits evangelical Christian organizations that operate aircraft for ministry, including mission groups that depend on small aircraft to reach communities where roads, terrain, distance, or security concerns make ordinary travel difficult. The organization is accredited by the Evangelical Council for Financial Accountability and is a member of the International Association of Missionary Aviation.
The ministry operates through a full-time aviation maintenance apprenticeship, aircraft maintenance services, pilot preparation pathways, staff service, and donor-supported operations. Its apprenticeship is a thirty-month, hands-on aviation maintenance ministry where the hangar functions as the classroom and missionary aircraft become the training context. Apprentices work under licensed and qualified staff as they help inspect, repair, overhaul, and modify mission aircraft.
A distinctive part of MMS Aviation’s model is providing aircraft repair, overhaul, and modification to Christian missionary organizations without charging labor while training future mission aviation mechanics. Support teams and donors help make that possible, allowing MMS to meet immediate mission aircraft needs while also sending trained mechanics into future missionary service. Pilot candidates may also complete maintenance training at MMS before continuing flight training through Missionary Air Group in Burlington, North Carolina.
People can engage with MMS Aviation by donating, supporting one of its missionary staff families, praying, joining the staff, applying for apprenticeship, visiting the Coshocton facility, requesting a tour, subscribing to the GroundCrew newsletter, or contacting the ministry directly. Supporters can give toward general operations or specific staff members, helping provide ongoing training and maintenance services for the missionary aviation community.

Its long-running work combines residential care, Christian formation, and classroom education in one campus community.

Mountain Mission School describes its work in terms of “rescuing kids, raising leaders, and reaching nations.” Its student community includes children who have experienced poverty, homelessness, family instability, or other difficult circumstances, along with some local students who attend the school.
Mountain Mission School operates with a broad, whole-child approach. Its campus is designed to provide a nurturing home environment, quality education, and spiritual guidance. The school’s educational program serves students from kindergarten through high school, while its residential life program has also been described as serving children “from diapers to diplomas.” This structure allows students to receive daily care, academic instruction, meals, housing, mentoring, and Christian community in one setting.
Academically, Mountain Mission School’s K–12 education program has held joint accreditation through the Association of Christian Schools International and Cognia. The school’s model is not limited to classroom learning; it also includes athletics, music, student activities, and campus life. Its stated focus is on meeting emotional, physical, and spiritual needs while helping students grow in character, responsibility, and leadership.
Mountain Mission School’s work depends heavily on charitable support rather than a conventional tuition-based model. Individuals, churches, alumni, and partner organizations can engage by giving, praying for students and staff, sharing the school’s work with others, volunteering where appropriate, or helping provide practical support for student needs. Prospective families and referring adults can also contact the school directly to learn more about admissions and student placement.
For churches and supporters, Mountain Mission School represents a long-established Christian education and child-care ministry rooted in Appalachia but connected to a wider national and international student body. Its distinctiveness is the integration of residential care, school, and church life for children who need stability, education, and Christian guidance.
