Cornerstone Chilean Mission — Organization Profile
Cornerstone Chilean Mission is the mission work of Mike and Tabi Boyce, independent missionaries serving in Chile. The mission’s stated focus is to teach the Word, train future leaders, and provide tools for study. Their work is centered on strengthening churches and equipping Christian leaders through biblical teaching, preaching, translation, theological resources, and local ministry support.
Cornerstone Chilean Mission is based in Santiago, Chile, with support connected through Cornerstone Christian Church in Alliance, Ohio. The mission serves churches, leaders, and Spanish-speaking Christians in Chile and the wider Spanish-speaking world. Mike and Tabi Boyce have served in Chile since December 2009, following earlier internships in Chile and preparation through Bible college and seminary training.
The mission’s primary ministries include Bible and theology classes, preaching, seminars, Bible studies, local church involvement, pastoral and unity meetings, translation, and online theological resources. Mike focuses on teaching and training church leaders, including classes for ministers and churches in areas such as hermeneutics, basic doctrine, and preaching. He has also been involved in preaching, seminars, and the development of Seminario Bíblico Restauración.
Tabi focuses on maintaining a Spanish-language theology website and translating theological articles and books for Spanish-speaking Christians. Her translation work includes maintaining ¿Y qué dice la Biblia?, a theological resource site with articles and materials intended to help Spanish-speaking readers study Scripture and Christian doctrine. She has also worked on translation projects including theological materials by Dr. Jack Cottrell.
Cornerstone Chilean Mission also participates in a variety of supporting ministries as needs arise. These include Bible studies, church ministry, Passover meals, retreats, benevolence, photography, translation support, and assistance to ministries led by Chilean friends and ministers. Some activities, such as radio and video ministry, are described as discontinued or temporarily suspended, while other ministries continue according to current opportunities and needs.
