Vulnerability lets us empathize and resonate with them. Intentionality delivers a clear path to lead them.

I’ve been asked to reflect on some of the seemingly small ministry practices that have a way of compounding in remarkable results over time. My list is long, but I will share what might be the top three habits for meaningful ministry in today’s difficult context. Â
Here are 10 ideas to help you deal with discouragement in ministry. If you’re currently struggling with discouragement, I hope you try at least one or two of these and find them helpful. Â
