Going to Bangladesh was not my idea. As an expatriate living and working in South Korea, I already spent my days navigating cultural differences and chipping away at language barriers. By Michael C. Mack Normally, it”s best not to call on individual members during a class or group meeting. As a leader, your goal is to promote discussion, not quiz members.
