Community Christian Church

Community Christian Church is an independent Christian congregation located at 1944 South Jackson Street in Frankfort, Indiana. The church gathers for worship, biblical teaching, prayer, communion, and Christian fellowship, with an emphasis on following Jesus Christ and growing as disciples.

Sunday worship begins at 10:00 AM Eastern Time. The congregation also offers opportunities for Bible study, fellowship, and discipleship throughout the week.

The church’s beliefs emphasize the authority of Scripture, salvation through Jesus Christ, baptism by immersion, and the weekly observance of the Lord’s Supper.

Children’s ministry includes nursery care, preschool classes, and elementary programs featuring Bible stories, music, crafts, and group activities. Student ministry serves young people in grades six through twelve.

Additional ministries include women’s fellowship and Bible study, men’s fellowship, missions support, and local community outreach. The congregation participates in activities such as Frankfort’s Hot Dog Festival, Ministry of Hope dinners, and other community service opportunities.

Community Christian Church also supports Christian mission organizations and outreach efforts locally and internationally.

Pastor Steve Harbaugh joined the congregation in March 2025 and serves through preaching, teaching, pastoral care, and discipleship.
