Leadership Training provides biblical teaching, leadership development, seminars, and hands-on mentoring for pastors without requiring them to leave their families or ministries. The Binga School of Discipleship is being developed as a structured training initiative for Christ-centered church leadership. Child Sponsorship helps orphans and disadvantaged children attend school, receive supplies, access food and clothing, and receive spiritual training and mentoring.
A distinctive part of Heart & Mind Partnership’s approach is working through local churches and existing relationships while avoiding dependency and honoring local leaders. Its vocational training and small business development program helps pastors and families learn practical income-generating skills through training, mentoring, and micro-loans. The ministry also supports youth programs that address drug abuse, early childhood marriage, and faith formation, along with an eyeglasses project that serves local communities through churches.
