Faith-Based Video Creator (Remote, Part-Time)

The Good Word is seeking a part-time, remote Faith-Based Video Creator to help share Scripture, prayer, and Christian encouragement through short-form social media videos. The Good Word is a Bible app designed to help people engage with God’s Word through guided Scripture reading, reflection, and prayer. This opportunity is ideal for a Christian who enjoys sharing their faith, feels comfortable speaking on camera, and wants to help encourage others through digital content.

Position Overview

The Faith-Based Video Creator will record short, vertical videos featuring prayers and Scripture-based messages for The Good Word. Videos will generally range from 15 to 60 seconds and will be created using scripts and straightforward content briefs provided by the team. The role also involves posting content on Instagram and TikTok.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Record engaging, faith-based videos featuring prayer and Scripture.
• Create 15- to 60-second vertical videos using provided scripts.
• Share Christian encouragement in a natural, relatable, and authentic manner.
• Post assigned content on Instagram and TikTok for The Good Word.
• Follow content briefs and instructions provided by the team.
• Provide The Good Word with advertising usage rights for the content produced.

Expectations and qualifications include:

• Be a Christian who is comfortable openly sharing their faith.
• Feel confident speaking and praying on camera.
• Have access to a smartphone capable of recording vertical video.
• Demonstrate reliability and the ability to follow instructions.
• Communicate biblical encouragement with sincerity and warmth.
• No previous video creation or professional media experience is required.

Compensation and Application Process

This is a remote, part-time opportunity beginning with a 14-day paid trial compensated at $100. Following a successful trial, ongoing compensation is $500 per month. Applicants will complete an initial application and review process before being considered for the paid trial.
