Milligan Starting Fly-Fishing Team (Plus News Briefs)

Compiled by Chris Moon and Jim Nieman Milligan College in Tennessee announced it is starting a fly-fishing team. The school (whose name officially changes to Milligan University on June 1) will begin offering fly-fishing scholarships to incoming students this fall.
