Cecil Todd, of Branson West, Mo., who served the Lord faithfully for 75 years, founded Revival Fires Ministry, and hosted a weekly television program that aired nationally for 20 years, died March 4, 2024, at age 92. . . .

Josh Beck in July took over as executive director of Barnabas International, a group that provides resources and encouragement to missionaries globally. Donna Cole, global partners counselor at College Heights Christian Church, calls the Becks an “amazing servant couple.” . . .

Christ in Youth is expecting its busiest summer ever. The Joplin, Mo.-based youth ministry will host 56 middle and high school conferences this summer. It expects 53,000 students to attend—a record for the organization. About 2,000 students remain on waiting lists. . . .
Joe Garman's ministry with ARM Prison Outreach is marking its 50th year. The impetus of the ministry began in South Korea in an unlikely way and took root after a visit to the Pentagon. . . .

Among the 15,000 Ozark Christian College alumni, Meredith Williams is a legend. During his 46 years at OCC, Meredith wore many hats, including admissions director, alumni director, and many others. Nicknamed “Mr. OCC,” he’s been the college’s single best cheerleader, and when he retired in 2013 at age 73, his ministry didn’t stop. He just moved it to Facebook. . . .

The brothers graduated from Lincoln Bible Institute together in 1958, and ministered through music to churches around the world as The Good Twins for more than 55 years. After 15 months without holding a single event because of the COVID-19 pandemic, Christ In Youth is back. In late May, the Joplin, Mo.-based organization resumed its summer conference season for middle and high school students.
Ozark Christian College asked the Mabee Foundation for $760,000 in grant funds to help renovate its Dennis Hall dormitory. The organization countered by offering $1.3 million. There was one catch . . .
