More than a dozen men are effectively auctioning away their whiskers to raise scholarship monies for Great Lakes Christian College. "Beard Off" participants include president Frank Weller, GLCC trustee Duke Gray; VP Greg Stauffer; Richard Westerlund, athletic director and men’s basketball coach; and alum/preacher CJ Powell, among others. Contribute funds for participants to either "Shave" or "Keep" their beards.
The merger of Central Christian College of the Bible and St. Louis Christian College is in its final stages, with the two Restoration Movement schools slated to join forces by about June 1.
