Woodland Heights Christian Church in Crawfordsville, Indiana, is seeking a passionate and dedicated Children’s Minister to guide the next generation in faith. Primary responsibilities include:
- Leading and strengthening the church’s ministry to children and their families.
- Developing engaging, biblically grounded programs that help children grow in their relationship with Jesus.
- Casting vision for the future of children’s ministry and guiding the ministry into its next season of growth.
- Recruiting, training, encouraging, and empowering volunteer ministry teams.
- Collaborating with church staff, elders, parents, and volunteers to support children’s spiritual formation.
- Helping create a ministry culture that strengthens families in their walk with Christ.

- A committed Christian faith and alignment with the church’s beliefs, values, and Restoration Movement heritage.
- Experience in children’s ministry and leadership, with a clear heart for discipleship.
