Thank you for the interview and insight.
I have been a pastor for 34 years (Youth, Teaching, Missions) but just a year ago began my first Lead Pastor role.
The Honeymoons over and this looks to be exactly what we need. I love my Elders. I recognize I need to player a more directive role in leading and training them.
